Every time I open one of the applications ... it asks me for the name & serial number. I registered already... I must be doing something wrong...any help?
 
I'm in the same boat. Registered when I installed. Installed across a single hard drive on my MacBook Pro. Any ideas as to why this is doing this would be helpful.
 
Sorry for the double post, but I'm bumping this because I still haven't found a solution. The system works afterwards, but typing in the code every time I start up each individual program is getting on my nerves.
 
I finally fixed the problem. The solution was on Apple's support site.

If you've already serialized your application and downloading an update causes it to stop working, try removing your System ID file and enter your serial number again. The System ID file for your product is located in
/Library/Application Support/ProApps/

Just delete the file and fire up the program again. Enter the info once more and you'll never have to do it again (until the next upgrade/purchase).
