FCP 5 Image Sabilizer

I have a clip that has a little bit of camera shake in it that I want stabilized. How would I go about this in FCP5? Are there any free image stabilization plugins available for FCP5? Even a link to a tutorial or something would be great. I've tried searching here and google.
 
With FCS2 "SmoothCam" was added to FCP, great for stabilizing shots (but loooong render times).
Motion also has a stabilizer and tracker.
Before we got FCS2, our editor used Shake for tracking/stabilizing, so I´m not sure if older FCP versions offer such a feature...
 
Nothing free or useful before FCP6 in this dept. Smoothcam is one of the nicer carrots FCP 6 brings to the dinner table.
