FCP-5 HD QuickTime dub to DVCAM & HDCAM

How can I go about creating DV CAM & HD CAM tapes from the HD QuickTime movie I've output from my FCP v5 timeline? I need to do this for festival submissions. I live near Kansas City, where I'm finding little or no expertise for hire to do this for me. I want to take my external harddrive, with the movie resident, to a facility where they can create both tapes for me (the HD will be NTSC, the DV will be PAL).

I want to be able to review the dubbed tape immediately to see if there are issues like those when outputting to SD DVD (i.e. brightness differences when compared to viewing the timeline on HD monitors) (don't know about HD DVD output, haven't tried yet).

Depending on the festival, most seem to do their initial screening (dual meaning here) in DVD, but for the final competitions they want either DVCAM (or is it DV CAM?) or HDCAM (or is it HD CAM?).

My film was shot using my HVX200 and edited in an HD FCP v5 timeline and exported as a QT Movie using "current settings." I shoot everything in 24pN. I output the QT movie to an external harddrive for portability (can even play QT movie thru QT Player on my laptop). The Harddrive is USB, but my MacBook has no problem playing it beautifully, no bit rate issues.

Any help here would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Carey
