Is anyone here running it successfully?
Right now I am at QT 7.0.1 and OS X 10.4.11. I went through compatibility issues when I first tried to show myself the ropes and boy was that hell, FCP freezing, no compressor etc. etc.
The thing is that I'm getting and iphone (first gen). She is still running 1.1.3 software but using itunes 8 which requires QT 7.5 or later.
If the phone is reset, should I not run into issues syncing it to my itunes 7.7? Or am I just backwards?
I got off the phone earlier with an apple tech rep for FCP and he told me that QT 7.5 should be fine and I was also lurking the macrumor forums and came across an FCP/QT compatibility thread and the last post was of someone saying that they were running what I am proposing right now with no issues.
