I apologize for the question but I'm new to video editing. Is adobe after effects compatible with FCE? From what I have read I believe it is with FCP(my next purchase). Once you complete a project in Adobe after effects can you just drag & drop into the FCE/FCP timeline??? Is there a particular process you have to go through to put in Final cut??? Whats the difference between Adobe after effects CS3 & adobe premiere CS3? Does Premiere carry after effects....better yet, is after effects bundled with premiere? What cover every angle because it is a expensive purchase.
Thanks
T.M.

Not sure about Express, definately FCP. That's what I have. I am just learning AE so I am not sure if this is right but I do my AE work and convert it to Quicktime and then drag it into FCP. I am sure the pro's have a better way. I have premiere that I got with my CS3 bundle but I have never used it. I actually bought the enitre CS3 bundle off of Craigslist for a little cheaper than retail. check into that but be careful with Craigslist for obvious reasons.
