FCE export squeezed in toast

When I export a Quicktime movie in FCE, then dump it into toast to burn to a DVD, it sometimes squishes the image, like it was supposed to be anamorphic. (I shoot in 24P, letterbox). If I take that file and import it into IMovie and export it as a quicktime file before I dump it into toast, it always works fine. But that adds a lot of extra time to the process, especially with my 800mhz G4.

Any tips?
