FC Studio crossgrade

[powerdog]

Looked up my order on the Apple site and it says the x-grade is backordered. Anyone know how long it usually takes them to fill backorders?

I ordered mine in mid December and got it within about a week, so they weren't have problems then.

I talked to an Apple rep the other day and they said they didn't know how long the backorder would last.

I'm sure they had a huge rush of people waiting until the last minute to get in on the upgrade deal. That's why as soon as I finished a project several months ago I sent in my order.

What, people procrastinate? Never.

Did I mention I sent mine on Dec. 19th.

I normally do too but I figured if I didn't do it then, I'd miss the deadline and I'd have to pay big dollars to upgrade.
Hope to hear that FCP 6 isn't to far away!
