Favorite Movie Poster…

[Trent_Lucid]

Okay so one of the companies I work for wants to revamp the offices. They have asked all the executives and the higher ups to pick 1 movie posters that will be put up in the building, mostly the hallways and the lobbies I am sure. I am having a really hard time deciding… So I thought I would come to some of the experts. What would you pick as your favorite movie poster?

[Blaine]

Blade Runner has a classic poster.

[krestofre]

Raiders of the Lost Ark, hands down.

[KOVAROVA]

taxi driver
in the mood for love (wong kar wai)

[Chris Messineo]

I have about a dozen movie posters framed in my house and office (my wife and I decided to do this rather than hang paintings that mean little to us).

My three favorites are:

- Jaws
- Shawshank Redemption
- Memento

I bought them all from AllPosters.com They do this amazing job of laminating them on wood and beveling the edges. They hung about an inch off the wall and it looks very sharp.

[Matthew B. Moore]

Blue Velvet or Vertigo

[HorseFilms]

Sirius- Nice!

[Cryogenic Filmworks]

-Underworld
-The Usual Suspects
-Scarface
-Pulp Fiction

Of course what you would pick depends a lot on the atmosphere in your office.

You got that right

[The Machinist]

Jaws.

Seven Samurai.

Once Upon A Time in the West.

[mmm]

Why do you like that one so much?

[Sirius_Doggy]

I don't actually. I just picked the poster for probably one of the worst movies ever as a joke.
I'd go with the Jaws poster as my choice.

[NO CA$H]

Pulp Fiction is the best movie poster ever.

[dakotapod]

Reservoir Dogs is up there... Pulp Fiction is cool too.

[Filmjunkie677]

Friday the 13th Part 8 Jason takes Manhattan

Sorry, being a New Yorker and a horror fan, this is the best poster ever!

[David Jimerson]

On the home theater walls I have:

Vertigo
Casablanca
Citizen Kane
Goldfinger
Highlander
Raiders of the Lost Ark

Trent, as you are located in Atlanta you might also consider Gone With The Wind.

(Citizen Kane is a great call also).

[Luis Caffesse]

One of my personal favorites (probably because it's hanging right next to me)

You can't go wrong with any Saul Bass designed poster!

(my wife got me an original copy of this poster for our wedding - romantic huh?)
She's awesome.
