Favorite Monitor Ballheads

If it will fit, check out the tilting/swiveling mounts that smallHD has for their 5" and 7" FOCUS monitors. I've always hated Noga arms and the like, because you can't make simple quick adjustments(pan, tilt) without loosening up the entire arm and then it takes two hands, blah, blah, blah. And not a fan of bullheads, either. I just got a FOCUS 5" OLED SDI and the tilting/swiveling bracket is awesome. Even though I did have to find a way to adapt the cold shoe mount to a real camera.

I'm actually thinking about buying two of the 7" mounts for my older DP7PRO OLED's, if they'll fit properly/clear the bottom bar(power and signal are on the bottom of the monitors).

Thanks for this! Had no idea that they added a panning solution. This has been sorely missing.

I have three of the earlier version of these. They are perfect for this application. No hint of slipping at all.

As far as the Ninja V, these won't work. Atomos only put 1/4" 20 on the top and bottom, not on the right side where you want it to use these nice brackets.
 
Yeah, it doesn't look like my Atomos' have a side mount, so those swivel mounts wont work. They look great though!
