2 Scenarios:
1. Quickly preview all my footage and assemble the "cut" version, then send only the "cut" version to convert to proxies in Premiere Pro CC, for further editing/coloring
2. Trim clips from S7 and stream-copy AV based on time selected from each clip (rather than transcode them).
Which is the fastest software that can achieve this? Don't mind spending to get gd software.
