So I am in Las Vegas right now and I went to a hypnotist show at one of the casinos here. The show itself was pretty interesting but what intrigued me the most was the fact that they had DVD copies of the whole show available right after the show.
I was wondering if there is a fast way to burn DVD's like that? Obviously they use some kind of DVD copier which is probably capable of burning dozens of DVD's at a time. From my research though, most of those DVD copiers work using some kind of disc image or by simply copying a master DVD.
This means that the slowest part in the whole DVD duplication process is probably making the master DVD itself Is there a quick way to burn say an hour and a half show in some kind of quicktime format on to a dvd movie? Obviously we Mac users have iDVD, DVD studio Pro, Compressor, etc. While these tools all work great they do seem to take at least half an hour to burn most DVD's.
Does anyone know how the show was able to burn DVD's so quickly? I am honestly quite interested in how they were able to accomplish that.
