wow, its been awhile since I did something like this. Lets see, what I did was used a razor blade and cut the frame where I wanted to slow down. I slowed it down to about 50% then I would cut the same clip at a later time and brought the speed back to normal. Geez, I'm never really good at explaing things. It's eaiser for me just to show people. Well, I hope this gives you alittle idea. The last time I did this was when I was using Premiere 5.0.
