Fast motion using 720/60p footage

I shot at 2 fps, but acquired over 60p. Is there any way to extract only the unique frames, like when you acquire at 24PN, to make a fast motion sequence? I used "Modify/Speed...", and it seems to work, but is there a cleaner way?
 
turning off frame blending at 200 percent just removes a frame, I know that... so maybe figuring the math out and hitting the right percentage...
