Fast motion... getting rid of that blur!

Is there any way to get rid of that bluring motion when you speed up a clip?

Wasn't going to originally speed it up, so I shot 24p 1/120 shutter... but realized in post it's too slow and needs to be sped up a LOT.
 
Does a single frame have a blur apparent when examined closely? . eg export a single frame and look for any blur.

If so there wont be much you can do about it and it means you did not use a high enough shutter speed for the action.
