Fast fwd effect?

I have a 25 min video that I want to squeeze into about 10 seconds. When I render it at 1 frame per second it simply skips frames.
I want it to look like I hit the fast forward button and run smoothly but very fast.

Does anyone know how to do this?

simply bring the clip into the vegas timeline, and do two things.

1st right click on the clip and press "insert/ velocity". Bring this envelope all the way up to 300% (top of the clip). Next hold down the Ctrl key and click and drag on the right hand edge of the clip, bringing it all the way left until it stops you. You have now sped up the clip 12x. This is the maximum allowed in vegas, however you can render out the clip (normal frame rate) and re-import it and repeat the process again. Play with resampling, see if leaving resampling on looks better, or if it looks better with it dissabled. Good luck.
