There's a relatively new social media site called Fancy. It's like Pinterest with a buy button. Celebs are putting up Fancy Box Subscriptions.
The basic deal is 80 bucks worth of junk for 40 bucks plus shipping. You don't know what's int the box each month. It's a surprise. Supposedly the celeb picks the stuff that goes on the box, and you get it once a month for as long as you subscribe.

I just thought it was an interesting marketing idea I hadn't seen before. You're getting people to buy crap they've never seen before with celeb endorsements.
I googled some reviews to see what's in some of the celebrity boxes. The majority of reviews say something like, I might not have ordered this crap myself, but for 40 bucks it's cool and I'm happy with the stuff I got.
