If you have not heard that Avid and now Apple are not at NAB then you either have no computer or our your colleges are dead.

It is been very entertaining to see all the Fan Boys take the positions.
Its going something like this:
FCP FAN
FCP....Will never sell - Avid is not exhibiting because they are going bankrupt....Apple will buy them and rule the world until Jesus comes back and buys an Apple NLE for his movie.
AVID FAN:
FCP is selling to Thomson because they only care about ipods and Iphones...or Avid is buying FCP and will kill it to spite the consumers who left them.WHA HA HA HA
ADOBE FAN:
Adobe is buying them both...and everything else that runs on a computer or near a computer.
Only time will really tell.
Anyone else hearing the vast range of speculation.
