Fake Gauges

I need to find a way to make an actor look like they have fake gauges.

They need to be those ^ kind, which so far I have had no luck locating.
I have found magnetic plugs and spring loaded hoops, but that won't work. The actor doesn't have their ears pierced, so fake gauges that still require piercing won't work.

Any links or ideas would help.

superglue to an actors ears? That seems like it may be more of a hassle then it's worth. I suppose I could always buy some regular earrings, cut them and attach magnets to them...but I was looking for something like that already in existence.
 
Stoma-hesive. It's what they use to attach colostomy bags to cancer patients. Check with a drug store. It's not as permanent a bond as superglue but will still stick pretty good. If you go the superglue route, nail polish remover will work.
