Fair Rate for Videographer with gear?

Could someone please advise me as to what a fair daily rate would be for a videographer with a dvx100b, tripod, sound gear, and lighting kit would be? Should there be overtime charged after a certain number of hours?

Few things you forgot to mention that greatly affect the prices...how much experience do you have? What kind of tripod, sound gear, and lighting gear? Over 10 hours you should start charging overtime.

Also, where you are makes a major difference in rates? Best bet is to look around in your area and see what others are charging.
