faint beeps in audio

Hello all. I'm getting some very faint beeps in my audio from my DVX. They kind of sound like morse code. The beeps are intermittent and irregular. I've recorded both with a shotgun mic (AT897) and with the on-board mic and the beeps are there. Anyone experiencing this? Thanks

Off-the-wall guess: anyone nearby with a cell phone? When my cell re-establishes a link with the cell, it causes beeps in any nearby audio equipment. Bipidip bipidip bipidip...

yes... many other types of RF-emitting devices will do the same...
