Fade effect on text?

Hey guys, its the newb again

I just want to say i love your work, and thanks for helping me with the slowmotion.:thumbup:

Now, During my work at the movie, I have gotten this idea, and i saw it in antoher movie... There was some text effects in the intro.

Ok let me try to explain, it was like showing the text but a bit unclear, and there was like this "light", behind That started from the left, and went to the right, made you read the text good etc are you understanding me? I rly cant find an example, but I hope you pro guys understand me.

You mean black background with white text but it is kinda blurry and then there is a light shinning from behind the text making it clear as it goes across?

Try the Light Rays effect. You can keyframe it to do what you say.
