anybody bought from www.fvlighting.com or www.fvlight.eu and happy buyer?
i am trying to get answer for my questions before sending money to them after order but their tech/support is HORRIBLE
2x tried live chat and no reply for 30mins (WTF LIVE CHAT?)
1x tried contact thgrough email form, no reply for a week
1x tried email them, no reply for four days!
1x try to call them, somebody picked up phone but told me the guy who can help me is not in the office...
Are they really making business this way and it works? Can somebody give me a hint?
1] does Z400 have AC power adaptor/VMOUNT as a part of package when i buy?
2] does K4000 have AC power adaptor/VMOUNT as a part of package when i buy?
3] are Z400 and K4000 compatible with acessories = adaptor/VMOUNT if i need to buy it extra?
4] how does support works if i need some spare parts or have some defect when there is no way to contact them through all chanels for a week?
