The local Craigslist has seen a huge bump lately of ads recruiting for movie extras.
I'd figured it was mostly bottom feeders looking for a cut but now the number of ads has me wondering just what this is all about. Is this local or widespread?

Anyone know if this is just stable padding or am I missing something?

If so, who are the reputable (if any) outfits in this game?

Any thoughts appreciated.

I just don't use Craigslist because of all the crap on there. It is too hard to find a reputable dealer and if you make a mistake there is no one to back you up.
