I have to deliver something for a tv station and they want it on a drive formated for pc. How can i do that on my macpro so they can be able to use the drive on their pc?? They said something about NTSF...

thank you

You can't do NTFS, last I checked anyway, but you can do FAT32 and that is cross platform. Open Disk utility and erase the drive using the MS-DOS disk format. FYI pretty much all FW hard-drives come formatted in FAT32 out of the box.

But when i copy the files its stops and gives me an error after 4g of transfert....

fat32 has a file size limit. you need something like this
http://www.paragon-software.com/home/ntfs-mac/

in order to write to an ntfs drive from a mac.

disclaimer: i haven't used the paragon software, it's just an example of what you need, an ntfs file system for the mac. there might even be shareware/open source ntfs versions out there, for openbsd, that will work.
