I've been using a dual-bay Venus enclosure but the fan is getting crazy loud. I'm going to try to get it repaired but meanwhile I have a film to edit. The media is all on a 500GB Maxtor ATA drive (don't worry, it's backed up a few times over). Before CCing I plan to move it over to SATA or SATA II drives, but for now I'm trying to keep things cheap - just a single-drive FW800 enclosure to see me through the assembly. Any recommendations?
