External Drive Speed Needed For Premiere Exports?

I currently have a Lacie 1TB SSD external thunderbolt drive as my destination drive for all premiere exports, whether they be 1080p mp4s or encore files for DVD authoring. I don't export beyond 1080p.
Currently the Read/Write speed of this drive is only about 75MB/s. Is this too slow for exports and causing a bottleneck?
If so, what external drive do I need? I don't need anything larger than 1TB.
 
An SSD over Thunderbolt writing at 75? I'd have expected a 0 after that.

In any event, export speed is a combination of factors. It'd be near impossible for anyone to answer this without knowing all those factors. If you find the process too slow, try exporting to a different drive, see what happens.
