extended warranty for Letus?

Anybody discover an extended warranty applicable to the Letus adapter? Given the cost of a Letus adapter, I think I would want to get something like a Mack Diamond or Sagemax warranty beyond the default one year warranty for the Letus. The Mack Diamond or Sagemax offer protection against accidental damage. I emailed Mack on this question, have not heard back yet. So, just wondering if anybody here has gotten some sort of additional warranty for their Letus and if so what/where?

Now that we have a Letus Ultimate and are thinking about their EX3 Relay lens, a thought occured to me.....who is Letus? Are they going to still be around in 5 years when I need to get something repaired. Hope so! :)
 
I am guessing a Mack warranty could apply, when I hear back from Mack I will post what I discover here. The Letus is after all a piece of camera equipment. I would want the mack diamond warr. to cover my arse if I knock my tripod over and ruin the Letus, etc. Worth a few hundred to me for that.
 
Got an email back from Mack-- bummer, no warranty, they do not have nor will sell a warranty to cover the Letus. Maybe some really heavy sand bags are in order, minimize knocking over the tripod.
 
Isn't it just better to get some homeowners insurance that has marine qualifications? That way your camera and adapter are covered for accidents. You will need marine qualifications because it covers your equipment when in transport.
