I am preparing to shoot fitness videos on a solid white cyclorama. I was blocking out shots today and recognized that in order to grab full body shots, the edges of my cyc lights would be in frame. There's no way around this on set.
I was wondering what the easiest solution would be in post to crop out these lights and extend my solid white background.
Below is a picture example, not from the white cyc, but from an earlier test shoot. In the example the backdrop is not lit evenly, which will not be the case with the cyc. What is the best method in FCP to fill the black area with the background color.
