Exposure difference prores vs avchd

Hi guys,

I am pretty new here, so sorry for any mistake i make.

I am using a c100 and had the chance to try out the blackmagic video assist today.
I imported the prores and the avchd into premiere and they looked exactly the same.

But when i tried the same thing in Davinci Resolve, the prores was much darker than the avchd.

Do you know why?

Conceivably because the levels are interpreted differently.
In Resolve you can set the levels (full or video) at the clip property.

Thanks, that helped. Is there a way to interpret it always as "full" and not auto or video?
