I've been shooting sunrises and sunsets with the HVX200 for some time but often have trouble exposing properly. Any tips? Thanks

I've replied to threads related to doing time-lapses of any sort with more or less the same question, I generally wanted to know how to keep a correct exposure through a whole sun rise/set. The answer I got: AUTOIRIS... I dunno, haven't had great weather to see how that works out... Sorry I cant help ya out much more...

I used to have a t-shirt with that on the chest. Made the careless mistake of wearing it to work on an NBC-TV show, back in the 90s. Got a lot of odd looks and didn't figure out why until I got home and looked in a mirror.

You could try metering at dawn and at full day's light, expose in between and even out the results in your NLE...
