When exporting for a DVD Which is better quailty? output to a quiktime or go straight to compresser ?

Going directly to Compressor is the least amount of additional compression before going to MPEG-2. All of you original media is sent directly. If you go to QT first, you add another level of compression first.

Don't understand the chapter markers question. But Chapter Markers are the same no matter which way you do. But direct to Compressor is the best quality, as Noah said.
