Exporting with HV20 in Widescreen produces SD video..?

I have an HV-20 and imported some footage - it looks to be the correct aspect ratio in Premiere, but when I export it becomes 4:3. My export settings are set to widescreen though, as are the project settings....

Am I missing something?

Also, video on Premiere's timeline has lines all over (after premiere captures - when capturing it looks great). Is this because I have it set to DV lock and am capturing HDV as DV?

Hmm.. looks like when I export it as 0.9 aspect ratio it looks normal and widescreen... but it's a little jerky no matter what when I export it (perhaps this is the DV lock?).
