Exporting video to Protools

Looking to find the best quality/performance ratio on exporting
a video to be completed in ProTools.

If anyone here would care to share their settings for export in vegas
I'd appreciate it.

Seems that Protools is somewhat particular on what kind of video files it can handle.

Still a complete pain that there is no OMF export capabilities
in vegas and that I'll have to do the dialog end of it in vegas before
export. (severely limiting)

You can try either Quicktime uncompressed, or even better, download and install the Avid DNxHD intermediate codec on both your computers.
