exporting to tape

When I play an edited sequence on the time line everything is fine. When I go to export to tape the sequence is out of sync. What can I do to correct this?
 
Are you editing a 23.98 sequence? You'll need to adjust the playback cadence.

Give us a bit more information on the computer and version of FCP you are using too.
