exporting to quicktime - how?

What's the easiest way to create a quicktime movie available for the web? I have Premiere 1.5 but I seem to remember, the few times I've tried it, running into trouble on the quicktime export. If I have to buy a new program, the cheaper the better. And if you could explain exactly how to do it, I'd appreciate it. Never done it before.

Thanks!

Quicktime Pro is well worth the money( cheap) and a great tool to have.

I always make an avi as a submaster then export to what ever (incl.QT) using Quicktime Pro

I have a PC and I've heard that people on PC's have trouble encoding to Q h247 or whatever the mainstream online codec is. Is that accurate?

I've encoded a few projects in h.264 and they look amazing. Purchase Quicktime Pro, it's work the h.264 codec alone.
