Exporting to include OMF or individual sound files?

I need to export my project with all the audio tracks so it can be mastered.
My audio guy is asking for OMF files. I believe I can do this by just exporting to OMF from the file menu.

My question... Can I import saved projects into a current timeline and be able to combine them?

I've got all my scenes from my movie edited in different projects and I want to combine them in a solid picture lock before giving them to my audio dept. When I import projects I get only 1 audio track which appears to be the master with all the audio mixed together.... NO GOOD. I need my seperate tracks....

HELP!!!

You need to double click on the individual project sequence to open them up, then copy and paste everything into a separate master sequence.

Thank you Huy. Where do I double click from? Once they're imported?

Do you happen to know how I can export to OMF? I only see an export option for EDL.

The sequences shows up in the bin. Only Premiere CS4 and up can export OMF, and for CS4 you need to download the 4.2 update.

I export via OMF using PP CS4 and now CS5. If I have very big audiofiles in a sequence however the OMF export sometimes fails. I assume this is because OMF always has had a 2Gb limit. Alas PP doesn't always flag up the reason for a failure.
Workaround is to export single tracks by making new sequences with the other audio tracks omitted.
You can also export audio by AAF which doesn't have the 2Gb limit but will include your video...which you don't want so once again clean up your sequence by dropping off all the video (one V track must remain, but it can be blank)
All good audio workstations can now import AAF as well as OMF and all the tracks can be re-joined on the DAW timeline, frame accurate.

So I've combined all my projects and want to export to omf for pro tools sound design but the file is larger than 2gb so premiere prompted me to export to EDF. Will EDF be useful for protools? Does it do the same thing?

Should I go ahead and export to EDF or cut my project in two to fit under 2gb for OMF?
