Anyone know the best way to export footage from Final Cut HD to After Effects. (What settings in Quicktime?)

Thanks!

The best way is the uncompress way. Go with quicktime uncompressed. Huge file sizes but you're guarentte zero quality loss. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Actually you don't need to compress it at all. Just go to file / export / quicktime movie . This saves a reference file directly to the captured footage. Make sure you have unchecked make movie self contained as this would save the same large file. The file sizes are in the kilobytes usually and there is no quality loss whatsoever.
