after filming in stretch mode and wanting to upload to youtube, what settings do i use? i go to export quicktime conversion and use the preset broadband high, then what do i do to keep it small and in stretch mode? i can make it really crappy quality and have it stretch to 720x404 but its too big and then when i upload it to youtube it gets stretched vertically anyway.

in the Options, set a custom aspect ratio of 480x270 (for 16:9). this has worked well for me. I also use Braodband Medium, and h.264.
