Exporting session for After Effects?

Hi there,

I have a session that I've finished in FCP but need to export it for post production... the chap uses After Effects and I need to export the session in the best / full quality way possible. It is HD; what settings should I be looking for and do I need to use Compressor or is there something in FCP that I can do a straight export with.

Sorry, you'll have to excuse my ignorance... what is that; how do use it??

EDIT: OK, just Googled it... OK, will look at that but isn't there something within FCP itself that I can simply export using and ensure full quality?
