Exporting Quicktime - HUGE FILE SIZE!

Okay... I am new to Vegas. This is my problem... I just exported a file (720p about a minute and a half). The file size after the render export is roughly 16 gb's. Surely this can't be right. What should I be doing?

I want to export as Quicktime to do further editing, etc. on my Mac (FCP).

All right, I realized that part of my problem was using the DEFAULT template for Quick Time 7. I have now made a custom template with the following attributes: Video Format - JPEG / Pixel Aspect Ratio - 1 / 24bpp color / 23.976 (IVTC Film) / HD (1280x720) / Quality - HIGH (100%)

The video looks pretty good (and is MUCH SMALLER than before); problem is that there is aliasing I'd like to get rid of.

When I previously edited in FCP (untouched by Vegas) and view the footage there is hardly any visible aliasing.
