Exporting Question

I've just completed a movie in final cut pro 6. Its all rendered and mixed. runtime 18 minutes.

My question is if i'm looking to burn the best quality dvd how do I do that? I've created quicktime movies before and dragged and dropped, but for my final version to be screened should i export> using compression? or should i export> quicktime movie> drag into dvdsp?
 
If you have the movie where you want it now, I'd export>quicktime self-contained movie then use Compressor to make .m2v (video) and .ac3 (Dolby digital) files for DVDSP.
