I will be editing a short movie in the upcoming month and after the
video edit is done I would like to export the audio to a separate ProTools Rig.
Ive done this many times using OMF from final cut, avid.
But does Vegas offer any way to do this?
Im interested in keeping the all the audio edit points from vegas
with 2+ seconds of handles.
Not just one long audio file (i would lose all my cross fade points and handles)
Any workarounds if its not possible?
My goal is to import possibly up to an 8 track poly file in Vegas from my 788T. Mute all tracks except the mix track but keep all iso's in sync for the protools session.
It would be a nightmare to have to line everything back up in protools after
the Slate is edited out.
Thanks for the help!
