Exporting Mpeg2 with Audio/Video together

Whenever I try to export a Mpeg file it seperates the audio and video. How do I get them together in one file?

You can set it to "mux" them together in compressor. There's a setting in there.

I don't see a setting in compressor that says "mux".

Well, mine is bigger, but besides that...what program specifically do you have pictured. It says Inspector on yours. Im using compressor that comes with Macs and I'm using "Export Using Compressor..." in FCP.

Some actual advise would be much appreciated...

Anybody have ideas on why mine is different? Are you using a different program? Updated compressor? Why does mine not have that option, and why does the one you showed have "Inspector" at the top of it?

if you are using FCP HD, I think the other guy is using FCP 5, which I believe has a new version of compressor in it.

You cna also just export from Final Cut as Export>Quicktime Conversion>Mpeg2> and skip Compressor altogether. Works pretty well for me.
