Exporting From Timeline To Quciktime

whats up? just having a bit of trouble furious3.gifxporting with my finished edit to a quciktime file so I can host it on a web site.( make it a .mov or mp4, etc)
I m shooting in 24padvanced if that makes a difference.
If you could include the steps on how to do this , it would really save my ass right now, because people are waiting on footage I have here and its ready, I just dont know how to export it to quicktime.

Go to

File > Export > Using Quicktime Conversion

Set Format to Quicktime Movie

Click on Options

Set compression settings for Video and Audio (I usually use H.264)

Click on OK

Click on Save

There's also another way to export using Compressor

File > Export > Using Compressor

Click on Preset tab (upper left-hand corner) to set values
