Exporting from Premier CS5.5

I have been playing around with Pro CS 5.5 with my DVX100b, but everything I export is grainy and very pixelated, yet in editing it looks like I should. What settings should I be exporting to? Sorry if this has already been asked, I did a quick search and found nothing.
