exporting from final cut to make dvd

i have finished 2 projects and i need to export them from final cut to put them on a dvd... what are the best compressions settings and fastest to make the files small enough to fit on a dvd.. i just spent 2 hours converting a 2 hour video and its like 10 gigs!!! i need help fast.. and for some reason compressor isnt working.. so if you could give me some custom settings for exporting as a quicktime movie it would be much apprciated.. help quick!!

Export from FCP to Compressor. Use 120 minute settings.
Convert sound to AC-3. FCP 4.5 and earlier had an application to convert the aiff fiel from compressor to ac-3. Supposedly fcp 5 can handle this directly?
If compressor isn't working then you may have to reinstall it. It requires a background QMaster(?) program to be running.
