exporting from final cut pro for dvd

I have a feature film (85 min) that i need to output from fcp to save as a disk image in idvd. I was going to do export quicktime conversion DV ntsc best quality. im not sure if i am supposed to do progressive or interlaced. the original source was 24pa from dvx100. edited at 30fps.
is the quicktime export the best way to go? if so, do i do progreesive or interlaced?
