I've been trying to color correct my 720 24fps footage i shot with my HMC150 in After Effects but can't seem to export it correctly. Does anyone have any good export settings i should try?

What was the format of the video when you brought it in? What is the format of the video for where you want it to go?

The format was 720 24p quicktime files shot with a hmc150. It's all glitchy after i export it back as 720 24 quicktime.

720 24p again doesn't say what format it is. Quicktime is a wrapper.
Open the file in QT Player and hit Command-I and tell us what the FORMAT says.
Or -- just use THAT information to export from AE.
