Exporting for web viewing

What is the best way to export/compress for future viewing on this site (10mb), myspace or free web hosting sites? My compressions are always too big. Any help would be much appreciated!

How long is the media you want to compress?

Export/using Compressor/select QT download or streaming probably 300kbps. Myspace lets you do 100mb so I usually do 800kbps for those vids but it will depend on how long your video is. Mine are usually no longer than 5 minutes.
