When you export your media, you can select TIFF under the Export->Format settings.

However because you are making a 2048x858 you will have to adjust your frame size.

In the Export menu you can 'crop' as well as 'fill' to adjust the frame to match the required dimensions.

On the "Basic Video Settings" menu there are the dimensions of the output media. Usually it is 1920x1080 for 1080 HD...

You would uncheck the 'match source', you would uncheck the 'maintain aspect ratio' box and then set these to be 2048 and 858 respectively.

On the export window, to the top left there are tabs labeled, "Source" and "Output", select the source box and select the 'crop' option. Set the top value to 111 and the bottom value to 111. This will chop off the upper portion of the original HD frame, as well as the bottom.

In the output tab, you can select the how the frame is 'filled' or 'resized'.

You also need to create a overlay in Premiere, that is the desired 2.39 aspect ratio, and used to adjust the important elements of the image so they are properly placed in the 2048x858 frame size. Unless of course, you placed 2.39:1 overlay on your LCD display or monitor while you were shooting.

Here is a tutorial on this, the fellow is using a 2.35:1 ratio, but the concept is the same.

You could consider creating an AEFX Comp at 2048 x 858 and using that to export your image sequence.
